OMT Advisory is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Project & Operations Associate to support the smooth running of client projects, research initiatives, and the firm's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable moving between project coordination, research, and social media management.

Key responsibilities

Project management and coordination

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Follow up with team members and external stakeholders to support the timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, meetings, calendars, and appointments.

Research

  • Conduct research relevant to OMT Advisory's projects, clients, and areas of practice.
  • Gather, analyse, and organise information from relevant sources.
  • Prepare proposals, concept notes, presentations, and related documents.

Social media and digital communications

  • Manage and maintain the firm's social media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with the firm's objectives and brand.
  • Create, curate, and publish relevant content across the firm's social media platforms.

Qualifications and requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in project coordination, administration, research, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research, analytical, and report-writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant productivity tools.
